Overview of Assessment Export .CSV File
The assessment .CSV file provides information related to both the students and the specific assessment scores listed with a Completed tab. You will need to make modifications to the format in order prepare the file for upload/import to your campus LMS. You can quickly scan for at-risk students or problematic topics by filtering Assessment Title fields.
The following student info is provided:
- First Name
- Last Name
- Student ID
- Total Points Earned and Possible

Completed Assessment Info:
- Assessment Title
- Point Value
- Point Awarded
- Date of Assessment

How to Identify Problematic Assessments Quickly with Filters
- STEP 1: Cut and Paste your Title fields down on top of the scores and add Filters
- STEP 2: Highlight the assessment column scores and apply the Excel Conditional Formatting tool shown below
