Basic CourseKey Troubleshooting Reference
This article contains troubleshooting information, separated by Instructors and Students. Please reference the chat window to identify if the user is a student or instructor/administrator before providing suggestions.
If there is not a clear answer to their issue, these suggestions can be a good place to start. (For examples: if they can't see the right course in their course list, if they are receiving an error message, or if their grades aren't loading)
Instructors / Administrators
- Use Chrome as your browser when accessing CourseKey.
- Log out and back into your account.
- Try adjusting your screen size if needed.
Students
- Try switching between WiFi and mobile data to see if you can get a stronger connection.
- Log out and log back in to your account.
- Restart your device.
- If your issue does not resolve, uninstall and reinstall the app.
